Chelsea grew up in Sydney the oldest child of 6, with a fascination for film & stories.

Sinking her teeth into drama, she was also a youth ambassador for Sydney’s Griffin Theatre Company in high school. Graduating dux of her year, Chelsea took a break from her acting ambitions to study law, media and writing, and to travel the world. She returned to her creative passion in the part-time course at Actors Centre Australia while finishing her degrees.

During her time at SAS, Chelsea developed ongoing working relationships with directors such as Michael Bates and Jefferton James, had professional work air both on radio and television (including Shine’s award-winning Peter Allen mini-series), and co-wrote and acted in the short film “The World They Left Us”. Chelsea is currently developing a new film project “The Seven Stages of Grace”, in which she will take on the roles of writer, producer and actor.
